Wine has a special place of honor at Cantanapoli, where the key word is QUALITY. The cellar is the Mario Sorrentino’s domain. As a sommelier who knows how to choose a wine that will both surprise you and trigger deep emotions, Mario takes great pride in creating the list. His careful selection from the best wineries has led to a list of about two hundred labels, both domestic and international. Particular attention is naturally paid to white wines, in order to pair them perfectly with the fish dishes we serve.
