Our restaurant upholds a thirty-year tradition while keeping pace with evolving tastes and trends in the cooking of fish. Since 1995, Cantanapoli has been combining the traditions of Neapolitan cuisine with the exclusive nature of Cortona, a true gem in the heart of Tuscany. Our history is marked both by the passion for good food and strong values; our cooking draws on methods that were born in Torre del Greco and consolidated by founders Mario and Giuseppe Sorrentino in Cortona over the years.

Our growth, both in professional and human terms, has always been in line with the trends and tastes of our customers while always remaining faithful to tradition and our roots. As a team, we seek out innovative dishes that use freshly caught seafood, and not farmed fish. This commitment has been renewed time and again since 1995, offering our guests innovative dishes, from appetizers to desserts.
